Hi, I'm Szymon.

I'm a freelance data and systems analyst. I work out how a business actually runs, make sense of its data, and build the automations and small applications that take the repetitive work off someone's plate. Increasingly, that means using AI, where it actually helps, not because it's trendy.

That comes from five years inside logistics operations: rolling out new systems, working alongside the developers who built on top of them, and creating the reports, KPIs, apps, and automations the business actually ran on. I was always drawn more to the analysis and the building than to managing people, which is why I went out on my own at the end of 2024, to do exactly that for other companies. And it's the work where I feel most in my element.
